Resepi Lasagna..

ari ni,aku nk ajar korg wat lasagna...senang je nk wat klu dh ada sume bhan2 dya...
lasagna ni de 2 sauce..1st bolognese sauce,alaa...spagetti pny kuah 2...2nd bechamel sauce...

>BOLOGNESE SAUCE
  -olive oil/butter
  -onion,chopped
  -garlic,chopped
  -minced beef/chicken(ayam/daging cincang)
  -tomato puree
  -beef/chicken stock(klu guna ayam,pkai la chicken stock)
  -chopped/diced tomato
  -salt and pepper  -bay leaf(xde pn xpe)
1.panaskan minyak/butter. masukkan onion,garlic n minced beef..tumis smpai daging masak
2.masukkan tomato puree. tambahkn stock n chopped tomato. pas2 adjust la rasa,letak seasoning...
3.tutup api,ketepikan...

>BECHAMEL SAUCE
 -butter
 -flour(tepung gandum)
 -fresh cream
 -fresh milk
 -oregano
 -bay leaf
 -seasoning :salt,pepper n chicken stock
1.panaskan cream dgn susu dlm periuk...
2.amik 1 pan,cairkan butter pas2 masukkn tepung smpai jdi ketul2..amik cket letak dlm bowl,tuang susu . cream pnas tdi cket utk larutkn dya,pas2 tuang blek dlm periuk...tepung dgn butter 2 nma dya roux,bnde ni nk pekatkn sauce 2..
3.ble dh masukkn roux cket,masukkn oregano,bay leaf ngn bhan perasa...kacau smpai pekat...klu lmbat sgt nk pekat,tmbah roux tdi lg cket,wat cm tdi jgak...tp jgn pekat sgt...agak2 ble celup sudu dlm 2,sauce 2 leh mlekat cket kt sudu,xmeleleh cair...alaaa,cm mushroom soup 2 tp pekat cket..
4.bila suma rasa dh cukup,biar dya mendidih kejap then tutup api.

>LASAGNA
-amik 1 dulang yg agak dalam..sapu olive oil cket kt bwh dye...amik lasagna skin,yg instant pny ada,cri je kt kdai..susun keping2 lasagna skin 1 layer,pastu tuang bolognese sauce,pas2 tuang bechamel sauce,pas2 tabur cheese,pas2 susun blek lasgna skin tdi,wat la bnda yg sama cm tdi ikot citarasa korg la nk wat bpa layer...ble dh siap,atas skali 2 tabur cheese byk2 cket,pas2 tabur oregano cket...msukkn dlm oven,bkar smpai atas dye keemasan...

ni la hasilnya....yg atas 2 contoh lasgna skin yg instant...pndai2 la korg cri nnti kt tmpat pasta 2...
